Farmed Beauty’s hair care routine

I love sharing hair care tips because we need to look after each other, if I don't take care of you, who will?!

Everybody has a hair care routine that works for them, I am sure you do too.

I use the LCO method which is short for Liquid, Cream and Oil.

There is the LOC method (Liquid, Oil, Cream).

Liquid: water, hair tea, liquid leave in sprays, etc.

Cream: Leave in conditioner, Hair cream.

Oil: Hair oil, Ayurvedic hair oil.

Why do i preach the LCO method?

I think it is logical that our scalp and hair need moisture, and the way to provide moisture is with water and water based products (conditioner, hair cream). Now if you have sprayed water on a surface, it will definitely evaporate, so if you need to keep the moisture in, you need a sealant which prevent the evaporation and locks in the moisture. This is where your oil comes in.

As opposed to the LOC method, the cream over the oil, will just end up being wiped out and the water in the cream drying out.

If you try these steps, you will hardly experience dryness and lacklustreness of hair.

What do you think? Want to give it a try?
