Our Body and Hair Butters can melt on transit especially in the hot weather. This is because they are made of purely plant butters and oil which will melt or become softer in heat. This does not affect the quality of your product, please put it in your fridge for 10-15 minutes to firm up again for your use. You can also enjoy it in its melted state.

What is Farmed Beauty’s return policy?
We’re sorry you’re thinking about returning your product. We’re happy to provide a full refund for any unused products returned within 14 days of delivery. We ask you to simply cover the cost of shipping. Products must have been purchased through our online store, and all gift cards and samples are final sale.
Products purchased from our stockists are subject to the return policies of that stockist.
I ordered online and my product arrived defective or damaged.

I bought a product through a stockist and it arrived defective or damaged.
Products purchased from our stockists are subject to the return policies of that stockist. Regrettably, we do not accept any returns of products purchased from our stockists.

If a package is lost due to an incorrect address provided during checkout or cannot be delivered due to reasons outside of the postal service's control, we are unfortunately not able to refund or resend the order.

Cancellations
All of our products are handmade especially for you. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email within 24 hours of placing an order or contact us. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that your order can be modified as it may have prepared and dispatched to delivery services.
After you’ve received your order, you have 3 days to address any quality issues.
PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your PayPal account balance within 24 business hours.
Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Membership Subscriptions Cancellation Policy
